I wanted to express my complete satisfaction with the opening pool service
delivered by the Pool Craft Service Team. The Team was on site on time and
were very well organized. Each one of them had their role assigned and were
well aware of what to do. All activities were accomplished without issues.
Shawn explained high-level what needs to be done to maintain and keep the
pool operating. He demonstrated excellent knowledge of his area and was
very clear and professional with his explanation.

I wanted to let you know how very happy we have been working with you and Pool Craft. Throughout the entire process, from planning the pool, digging the pool, to the completion of the pool and landscaping everyone we have had contact with has been professional and consiencous about their work.

We have appreciated how easy you and others (John, & Jim) have been to contact throughout this process. We have also appreciated how smoothly you have made this pool installation and that you have communicated with us through the various steps. We have also appreciated that you have followed-up with any concerns that we have had and everything was addressed immediately both during the build but also after completion.
